Sign in with your existing Stripe account or create a new one in the app. Your data syncs automatically.

Tap to Pay, enter card details, or send a payment link once your Stripe account is connected and ready for live payments.

What You Need to Get Started

iPhone, Android, or Mac

Flow POS supports iPhone, iPad, Android, and macOS on Apple silicon. Tap to Pay still requires a supported iPhone or Android device.

A Stripe Account

Flow POS connects to Stripe for all payment processing. You can create a free Stripe account as part of setup if you don’t have one yet.

Internet Connection

Flow POS requires an active internet connection to process payments. Mobile data or Wi-Fi both work.

Optional: Card Reader

A Stripe-compatible Bluetooth card reader is optional. Tap to Pay and manual entry work without any hardware.

Before You Download

No. You can install and explore Flow POS without a Stripe account. When you’re ready to accept real payments, you’ll connect or create a Stripe account inside the app.
Absolutely. Sign in with your Flow POS email or Stripe connection during setup. Your payment, balance, payout, invoice, and hosted-link activity loads from Stripe/Flow POS services. No data migration required.
If you already have a verified Stripe account, setup can be completed in minutes after installing the app. If you need to create a new Stripe account, the additional time depends on Stripe’s verification process.
The app has no monthly subscription. On successful payments, Flow POS charges a 1% app fee plus Stripe’s standard payment processing fee. There is no Flow POS fee on failed payments.
Flow POS supports common mobile and in-person Stripe payment flows, including Tap to Pay (NFC contactless), supported Stripe readers, manual card entry, payment links (customer pays online), invoices, and subscription links. The exact methods available depend on your Stripe account configuration and country.
Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant and one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world. Flow POS never stores raw card numbers. Sensitive payment data is tokenized and processed entirely within Stripe’s secure infrastructure.
