Coming soon in Flow

Products & Catalog

Product catalog checkout is not in the Flow app yet. Today, Flow charges a manually entered amount and can create hosted Stripe links, invoices, and subscription links from that amount.

Status: Flow does not currently include Products navigation, a product catalog screen, itemized cart checkout, product photos, quantity selection, or automatic Stripe product syncing from the mobile app. Those features are planned.

What Flow supports today

Manual amount entry

Enter the total sale amount on the Sell keypad, then charge by manual entry, Tap to Pay, or reader.

Hosted Stripe links

Create payment links and subscription links from a keyed amount with an optional description.

Simple invoices

Create invoices from a keyed amount, customer email, optional customer name, and optional description.

Stripe Dashboard fallback

Use the Stripe Dashboard for product catalog and price management until Flow has native product screens.

Current workaround

  1. Create and manage products or prices in your Stripe Dashboard if you need a catalog today.
  2. For in-person Flow checkout, calculate the total and enter it on the Sell screen.
  3. Use the optional description field on invoices, payment links, or subscription links to describe what the customer is buying.
  4. Use the Stripe Dashboard for product-level reports until product-level reporting is built into Flow.

Planned product features

  • Product catalog browsing inside Flow
  • One-tap item selection during checkout
  • Quantity controls and itemized totals
  • Stripe product and price sync
  • Product-level sales reporting
Use this page as a roadmap note, not as current app instructions. The Flow app does not show a Products tab yet.
